When a user with an Azure AD Premium authentication type cannot be authenticated in QM10 (assuming the SSO configurations have been appropriately set), the 1st thing to check is to try to connect to Microsoft services with the same user account using the following URL :
More often than not, something will prevent users from getting access.
For example, the user's password may have expired or has been reset, which usually prompts the user to provide a new password before being able to log in.
Once access to the Microsoft services has been confirmed, and after confirmation that the user account is not locked in QM10, accessing QM10 should no longer be an issue.
