Is it Possible to Link an External Document to an Approved Document?

It is currently not possible to link an external document to an approved document (or to a document in any other status).

References can only be created between documents already existing within SOLABS QM10. As such, you will need to first create a new document and then approve it before being able to refer to it from your main document.
