Can I Remove Some of the Security Questions New Users are Required to Answer When Logging Into Their Account?

It is currently not possible to manage the number of required security questions when logging in with your account, this a currently a global parameter to all clients. 

Please note that if you are using an External SSO client like Azure AD or OneLogin, the configuration of such a feature is provided by your IT department.
