This week, Philippe Gaudreau, the CEO and founder of Solabs, will be talking more about the upcoming June 2019 QM 10.8 release with Gretchen Dixson, a Senior Product Specialist at Solabs. Gretchen has been with the company for a little over 2 years now and currently serves as Head Trainer. She is also actively involved in the sales and marketing team and has built the user guide for the Questionmark interface. Prior to joining Solabs, Gretchen spent over 35 years in the QA Life Sciences industry.

Gretchen walks through the scenario of creating a new user with a Solabs identity login type, how to change your password as an end user when you’re logged in within the Solabs QM application, and what to do if you’ve forgotten your password when you go to login or if you’ve gotten locked out of Solabs QM from too many incorrect login attempts.
