Q&A on QM10 Pricing Model

Q. I am wondering if we have a limit on user accounts or if accounts are unlimited?

A. SOLABS' pricing model is named-user i.e. the amount of accounts are NOT "unlimited at a fixed price". The amount of Standard, Train IDs and External accounts do influence the annual fees for QM10. 

Clients may allow access to additional Standard Users, External Users and Train ID Users during the year. The use of the Software by additional Standard Users, External Users and/or Train ID Users is reflected in the fees payable for the following year of the contract on a per-user basis. 30 days prior to the anniversary date of the Effective Date, SOLABS transmits to clients the revised fees for Standard Users, External Users and Train ID Users, which is based on an audit of the average amount of Standard Users, External Users and Train ID Users for the last three (3) months. 

It's important to note that new users may replace deactivated users at no cost, other than the standard minimal increase for all users on a yearly basis.
