The PDF Rendering Templates (where one can define headers/watermarks to add to the converted files based on document type and/or status) support a variety of placeholders that are automatically replaced by the system when the file is generated.
Here is the complete list of placeholders (note that brackets ( [ ] ) are required for the system to differentiate custom user text from placeholders that it needs to replace) :
[TODAY]: The current date where the file is opened.
[EFFECTIVE_DATE]: The effective date of the document.
[NEXT_REVIEW_DATE]: The next review date of the document.
[FINAL_APPROVAL_DATE]: The date of the last approval step.
[LOCATION]: The complete location (path) of the document in SOLABS QM.
[FULLNAME]: The full name of the user accessing the file.
[USERNAME]: The username of the user accessing the file.
[ALIAS]: The alias of the user accessing the file.
Example usage in the PDF Header text field:
Approved on [FINAL_APPROVAL_DATE]
Which would be outputted in the converted file as:
"Approved on 09-Nov-2020"
