Users with Login Type set to SOLABS Identity receive email notifications prior to their password expiration date at the following intervals (vs. expiration date):
- - 45, - 30, - 15, - 10, - 5, - 2, and - 1 day).
Notifications are sent in the morning at 7 am EST.
When the expiration date is reached, one last notification titled "Password Expired" is also sent to the end user.
Notifications contain a link to the SOLABS Password Management Portal and links to instructions on how to proceed.
A general Password Notice Report is also available. It is generated automatically for system owners on a daily basis. This report is uploaded to SOLABS' eRoom, under a "PASSWORD_EXPIRATION" folder.
- Notifications described herein apply only to clients that are using the SOLABS Identity Login Type and do not apply to clients who have External SSO providers enabled with SOLABS QM.
