SOLABS Client Success group can train your staff on QM10 via your QM10 instance! Videos included!

SOLABS maintains a library of video tutorials on how to perform certain actions in SOLABS QM10. For example, how to approve a Document, how to complete Training, how to initiate a Document Control Process, how to manage the Audit Process, etc.  This library grows each time we deploy a new functionality, make an important change to the system or simply when we receive a request from our users.

These short video tutorials are very handy when onboarding new users into QM10 and also when deploying new functionalities, like online assessments!

As of release 10.9.0, you can now embed videos into a Training Activity. So, this means that you can embed any of our QM10 video tutorials and have your users be properly trained on what they need to do in your EQMS. Evidence of training is, therefore, well documented. You can even add ready-to-use online quizzes to any of these training activities, should you want to test your users on their acquired knowledge. 

This is not only a great way to ensure your users know how to use QM10, but you will also look very much in control of your EQMS when being audited. 

If you would like to start embedding videos in your Training activities, you have 2 options:

1. You can pick any video you wish to embed in your Training activity and follow our tutorial on how to do this.
2. You can have one of our Virtual Assistants create these Training activities for you.
