When will the updated User Guides be available?
User guides will be released once Release 10.11 enters the qualification phase. Initial versions are expected shortly after work begins at the end of April 2026. Clients will be notified as soon as they are available.
Are user guides including the new interface?
Yes, all updated guides will reflect the new interface introduced in Release 10.11.
Is SOLABS improving documentation support?
Yes. SOLABS is actively evaluating AI-assisted solutions to provide more interactive and step-by-step guidance within documentation.
Does our Validation environment include our latest Production data?
Yes. As part of the process, your Production data will be copied into your Validation environment before the upgrade.
When does the Validation environment updates begin?
Scheduling for Production-to-Validation refreshes begin mid-April 2026 and will occur over approximately 4 weeks.
Who is contacted to schedule updates?
SOLABS Support Team coordinates directly with your Level II Authorized Contacts for all Validation and Production interventions.
How much time do we have with Validation, before Production is updated?
Clients have up to 4 weeks between Validation update and Production update to complete testing and verifications.
Can we choose our upgrade schedule?
SOLABS works with your Level II Authorized Contacts to schedule both Validation and Production interventions at mutually agreed times, within certain established timeframes, in order to meet SOLABS' full and complete upgrade schedule.
