Why Does Track Changes Gets Turned Off When The Document Is Sent For Approval?

Depending on the settings in the SOLABS QM10 instance, Track Changes could be automatically managed in MS Word files, based on the status of the document.

When this feature is enabled, Track Changes will be automatically enabled when the document's review cycle is started (this is most useful when paired with the Collaborative Review feature). Once the approval cycle is started, all changes to the document are automatically accepted and Track Changes is turned off.

It is important to note that when this feature is enabled when the Approval Cycle is started, all changes will always be automatically accepted and Track Changes will be turned off, regardless of if the original file was uploaded into SOLABS QM10 with Track Changes enabled or not.
