Q. What should I know about the new Collaborative Review feature?
A.1 When SOLABS executes a flash (Prod to Val), which is done prior to upgrading your Validation environment, all files are removed from your QM10 system (in Validation) and replaced with a Dummy File. See reference here. This means that should you want to test the Collaborative Review feature, you should either:
- Create a NEW document to begin with and attach a Word document.
Alternatively you can use an existing document in Authoring, where you would :
- Select Modify, then choose "There is no file for this document" and hit Submit, and Confirm.
- Select Modify again, deselect "There is no file for this document", attach a Word document hit Submit, and Confirm.
Q. Release notes QMX-505: Please provide more details.
A. When a user is assigned in the review cycle and performs the review step, when he accesses a table view such as "In Process - all", the option Review is still displayed when it should no longer be there.
This also applies to when a user is assigned to a review cycle via its Role (user set to "any"). When a specific user part of that role performs the step, it is treated as “assigned” from now on, and the review link is always displayed for all users in the role while the review cycle is in process.
Both items above are fixed.

A. "Table Views" refer to the component used to provide listing of items (e.g. documents) commonly used throughout the application.
For example:
