Ivano Cavallin, Head of Finance and Human Resources

Ivano has been the Head of Finance and HR at SOLABS closing in on 3 years. Originally from a Finance background, he learned the HR role quickly after coming to SOLABS and wears both hats at once now. He always comes to the office wearing the sharpest shirts and we suspect he dresses professionally even when working remotely. Outside of work, Ivano likes cooking (especially BBQ), Sci-fi books and movies and is a big soccer fan! He often travels to Italy to visit his family.
