What Kind of Information Can I Find in SOLABS' eRoom?

The eRoom service is used to exchange documentation with our clients.  Each client can access two main folders: their own, and the public folder, which is shared with all our clients.

Client folder:

• Contains documents pertaining to projects made with the client: working documents, qualification documentation and executed documentation.
• Qualification documentation of the client implementation of SOLABS QM10 & Document Control (P0007) QM APP.
• Qualification documentation of the client implementation of QM APPs unique to the client.
• Executed documentation of support intervention.
• Requested training documentation or videos.
• Audit documentation
• Reporting data

Note: Please note that we are now using the QM10 Root instances to approve and manage qualification & project documentation.  Old documentation will remain in the eRoom.

Public folder:

• Contains all the qualification documentation that SOLABS releases for each version of the Core Software (SOLABS QM), the Document Control (P0007) and the Audit Process (P0044) QM APPs.
• Contains all the qualification documentation that SOLABS releases for each version of the OTS QM APPs.
• Also includes:
  • Current list of known issues
  • Document Change Logs
  • Environment qualification documentation
  • Test scripts for UATS
