SOLABS is committed to continuously improving QM10 based on customer feedback and evolving industry needs.
To streamline the review and evaluation process, all new enhancement requests must now be submitted through our Enhancement Request Web Form.
New Enhancement Request Process
If you have an idea for a new feature, functionality improvement, workflow enhancement, report modification, or other product enhancement, please submit your request using the following web form:

Information to Include
To help our Product Management team properly evaluate your request, please be prepared to provide:
- A brief description of the requested enhancement
- The QM10 module or area affected
- The business need or problem being addressed
- The expected benefits of the enhancement
- The priority and impact to your organization
- Any additional information that may help us assess your request
Providing detailed information helps us better understand your requirements and assess the request for future product releases.
What Happens After Submission?
Once submitted:
- Your request will be reviewed by the SOLABS Product Management team.
- Additional information may be requested if clarification is needed.
- The enhancement will be evaluated based on factors such as:
- Customer impact
- Regulatory or compliance requirements
- Product strategy alignment
- Technical feasibility
- Approved enhancements will be considered for inclusion in a future QM10 release.
Please note that submission of an enhancement request does not guarantee implementation or inclusion in a specific release.
