What is Client Success Assistance?
Client Success Assistance is a service provided by SOLABS to help customers successfully manage and use SOLABS QM in their production environment.
This service gives customers access to SOLABS specialists who can assist with:
System administration
System configuration
Training and knowledge transfer
Reporting and analytics
Configuration support
Data migration assistance
Client Success Assistance helps organizations maintain, optimize, and expand their use of SOLABS QM with expert guidance.
Who Can Use This Service?
Client Success Assistance is available to customers who:
Are actively using SOLABS QM in production
Have an active Statement of Work (SOW) for Client Success Assistance
Have remaining hours available under that agreement
If your organization does not currently have an active Client Success Assistance agreement, please contact your SOLABS representative.
What Types of Help Are Available?
Customers can receive assistance from several types of SOLABS specialists:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
Response and resolution timelines depend on the complexity of the request.
