Collaborative Review – Access Management
The collaborative review feature works in tandem with your Office 365 SharePoint portal.
To access this feature, users must be members of the SOLABS QM10 SharePoint group, which is created automatically with the SharePoint site.
Access to the collaborative review is therefore managed entirely through membership in this group.
Adding users to the SOLABS QM10 group
How users are added to the group depends on the customer’s Office 365 / Azure AD configuration and internal governance model:
Azure AD group-based access
An Azure AD group can be linked to theSOLABS QM10SharePoint group.
In this case, users are added to the Azure AD group, and access is granted automatically through group membership.
This approach is typically managed by the customer’s IT team.Direct SharePoint group membership
Users can also be added directly to theSOLABS QM10SharePoint group.
This operation requires high-level permissions on the SharePoint site (typically Site Owner or Full Control) and is usually performed by an IT administrator or a designated power user.
Note: The exact method used (Azure AD vs direct SharePoint membership) depends on the customer’s security policies and administration practices.
