When creating users in QM10, it is important to remember to grant permissions to any document folders or process workflows that they may need.
It is also important to review these permissions on a periodic basis to be sure users are able to do what they need to do in the system. If a user does not have the permissions they need, they will get a message from the system when trying to perform the related task and will need to contact their SOLABS System Administrator to request the permissions.
The following permission levels are available for Document Folders.
- Read Only
- Review/Approve
- Modify
- Administer
