Issue / Symptoms
After a user account is removed from a training assignment, the system continues to display that employee's completion status within the training record.
The following symptoms may be observed:
- A departed employee's name and completion status remain visible in the training assignment list
- The training record does not reflect the removal of the employee
- Status tracking data (completion percentage, due dates, escalation flags) continues to include the removed employee
Cause
Under investigation. This issue has been logged and is currently pending root cause analysis by the SOLABS development team.
Resolution
As a root cause has not yet been established, no definitive resolution is currently available.
