Assigned Training Activities that include an Assessment, will have an Open Assessment menu option in the right-hand Activity Confirmation menu of the Training Activity > View screen. Starting with Release 10.9 there will also be an button at the top of the screen. A warning is displayed that In order to confirm your training, you need to complete the related assessment. Access the assessment by using the Open Assessment option.
If you have not completed the linked Training Assessment, you will not be able to record completion of your training because the Record my Training option will not be available. If a document is also linked to the Training Activity, that will need to be opened as well before the Record my Training option will be available. Trying to confirm the training without either the required assessment or document will result in warnings being displayed:
Completing an Assessment
Clicking on the Open Assessment option brings you directly to the Assessment page in Questionmark OnDemand. No login credentials will be required.
After completing the Assessment, click on the button on the Questionmark screen. A
button will then appear at the bottom of the screen.
Clicking on the button will transfer your result back to the SOLABS QM10 Training Activity and will bring you back to the Record my Training screen in SOLABS QM10.
If you achieved the passing score on the assessment, and have opened any related document, you will be able to confirm your training. If you did not achieve a passing score, you will get a message that you did not get the passing score and that the assessment is reassigned.
