Popup Blockers May Affect Online Assessments

Recently, it has come to SOLABS' attention that some popup blockers may interfere with the seamless functioning of the Online Assessments.

These blockers can prevent the assessment page from opening as expected, impacting the user's ability to complete assessments and evaluate their understanding of the training materials.

SOLABS recommends adding the QM10's site to the blocker's trusted sites*. This will prevent the popup blockers from hindering access to the assessment page, allowing users to complete assessments without any disruptions.

*The procedure to do this can vary depending on the type of blocker used. The customer's own IT team should be consulted if needed.
