Each week, a report is sent to each client containing the CREQs issued for them. The report will show all the CREQs that are still In Process with their status. The report should be received every Monday morning.
The CREQ report contains the following information:
- CREQ #
- Client Reference #: if one was provided by the client
- Criticality: SOLABS’ criticality as defined in Service Level Agreement:

- Date Initiated
- Summary: brief summary of the request
- Description: detailed description of the request if applicable
- Category: request is categorized as related to the Core Software or to a QM APP
- Type of Request: this will indicate what type of request has been initiated:
- an issue with the core software or a QM APP,
- a question
- an upgrade
- other type of request
- Request Status: this represents in which status the CREQ is currently in and can be the following:

CREQ has been issued, sent for Specialist Review and is back to initiation step for defining the next step (either an investigation or an intervention is required intervention or for being closed). |

Is currently with a specialist for review in order to define if it can be answered directly or if an investigation is required (mostly when type of request = Question). |
Waiting Investigation Report Completion |
What the investigation report is currently being done and/or is waiting to be approved. |
Investigation Follow-up |
When the investigation report has been approved. Investigation report needs to be sent to client and the next step defined (either an intervention is required or a change to the system, a QM APP is required and will be implemented in a future version or there is no action required and the CREQ will be closed) |
Waiting Intervention Prep Completion and SICC Approval |
When an intervention is required and the required documentation is being prepared (mainly SICC) |
Client Intervention |
When an intervention is required, the required documentation is ready and the intervention is ready to be executed (will be scheduled and executed) |

When all actions have been completed and CREQ is either ready to close or to be sent in Waiting for Release |
Waiting for Release |
When a change to the Core Software or a QM APP is required and needs to be implemented in a future version. CREQ is waiting that the fix is done and implemented and will be closed when the version containing the fix is released. |
