The Workflow Report

A new Excel Dataset became available with SOLABS QM10 Release 10.8.  It is the Workflow Report.   Now, in one place, you can check the status of training assignments, ongoing process tasks and document review/approval tasks by employee or for groups of employees!

Columns are available to filter by Username, User Full Name, Manager Name or Security Role in order to target your search for pending activities for an employee or group of employees.

From there you can use the Workflow Type to identify pending training assignments, process tasks or document workflows for an employee or group of employees.
