The SOLABS QM10 eco system leverages a variety of features from SharePoint in different types of portals, which may at time be confusing.
SOLABS QM10 Report portal
What / where is it
This portal is provided by SOLABS and is hosted in our hosting center facility. It is currently based on a single SharePoint 2013 Enterprise farm.
This portal serves has a repository for all the SOLABS QM10 reports, either in Excel or SSRS format. Clients can customize or create their own reports, while SOLABS provides report packages for the core and the QM APPs.
How to provide user access

Collaborative Review
What / where is it
Collaborative Review is a feature in SOLABS QM10 that enables multiple reviewers to collaborate on documents to review in real time. This feature requires SharePoint Online Office 365 (O365) portal libraries. SOLABS does not provide this portal. Client needs to provide the Azure user licenses and the SharePoint portal to activate this feature.
