This list includes internal Change Requests that have been identified as known issues. These issues may be related to requests reported by clients to the SOLABS Support Team. When applicable, the client’s CREQ reference number is included to help with tracking.
Each entry in the Known Issue list provides the following information:
- QMX Number (internal Change Request number)
- CREQ Number (if applicable)
- Status of the Change Request
- Description (a non-technical summary of the issue)
- Workaround (if available)
- Last Updated date
Understanding Change Request Status
All Change Requests follow the same Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initiation through to implementation in a QM10 release.
As a Change Request progresses, its status is updated to reflect its stage in the process.
However, in the early stages, the issue may not yet be fully analyzed. As a result, the information shown in the Known Issue list may be incomplete or subject to change.
The following statuses indicate that the request is still under evaluation, and details may not yet be finalized:
- Open
- Risk Assessment
- Risk Assessment Done
- Change Definition
- Change Definition Done
- Requirements Gathering
- Wireframe Creation
- Requirements Approval
- Requirements Gathering Done
- Analysis
- Analysis Approval
- Analysis Done
Once a Change Request moves beyond these stages, the information provided in the Known Issue list can be considered accurate and stable.
