Training Activity Exception on Records

When creating a new Training Activity, it is possible to have the author and approver(s) automatically assigned and trained on it once it is set "active".

To do so, simply select the desired option under "Exceptions (Automatic Record)" when creating the Activity :

This will automatically assign the author (and approver(s) depending on the selected option) to the Activity. It will also not be possible to remove these attendances.

As long as the Activity is not set to "active", it is possible to change this parameter. It is important to note that if an exception was selected and it is changed back to N/A, the author (and approver(s) depending on the selected option) will remain assigned to the Activity, though it will be possible to remove those attendances manually after.

Once the Activity is set active, the author (and approver(s) depending on the selected option) will automatically be recorded as trained.
