Training Activity is Displayed Twice in the Provide Second Confirmation View, Why?

When creating Training Activities in SOLABS QM10, you may choose to have the Completion Requirement that includes a Second Confirmation. In that case, Trainers may be assigned to provide the Second Confirmation.

When the Training Activity is set up to allow a Second Confirmation by a Trainer, it is then possible to assign users to complete the Training Activity as End-Users but also to complete the Activity as a Trainer. Thus, a user can be assigned twice to complete the same Training Activity.

When this is the case, the Training Activity will be displayed twice in the Second confirmation required View within the Training section.  One listing will be displayed with the Train option enabled and one will be displayed with the Train option disabled.  Selecting either one or the other will lead to the same Training Activity.  Clicking on one or the other will bring the user to the same Training Activity page.
