Troubleshooting Azure AD Premium Login Issues
If you are using Azure AD Premium authentication and are unable to log in to SOLABS QM10 or other SOLABS services, the issue may be related to your Microsoft credentials.
Step 1 – Confirm Your Microsoft Account Access
First, confirm that you can successfully sign in to Microsoft using the same account you use to access your SOLABS QM10 Production environment:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/
If you are unable to sign in, your Microsoft password may have expired, been reset, or require an update.
You can manage or change your Microsoft password here:
https://myaccount.microsoft.com/
Once you have successfully accessed your Microsoft account, try logging in to SOLABS QM10 Production again.
Note: Your QM10 user account must also be active and not locked.
Step 2 – If QM10 Works but Other SOLABS Services Do Not
If you can successfully access QM10 Production, but cannot access other SOLABS services such as Reports or the eRoom, your Microsoft credentials and the SOLABS infrastructure may be out of sync.
To refresh the authentication:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Change or reset your Microsoft password.
- Log in to your SOLABS QM10 Production environment using your updated Microsoft credentials.
- Once your QM10 login is successful, try accessing the other SOLABS services again.
This process should re-establish the authentication relationship and restore access to the associated SOLABS services.
Still Unable to Access SOLABS?
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please contact your organization's IT support team. They can verify your Microsoft/Azure AD account status, authentication settings, password policies, and other organization-specific access requirements.
