How to configure QM10 to use Single Sign-On?

The configuration of the SSO feature is a 3 steps process:

1. Through a workshop, the client, with the help of SOLABS, will configure their client access in their SSO solution (Azure AD Premium, OneLogin).
2. The client sends SOLABS the required configuration information.
3. Using the information provided by the client, SOLABS will configure the QM10 software to interact with the client's SSO solution.

In order to achieve this, we use 3 different documents: 

1. A procedure that defines what needs to be configured on the client-side.
2. A form used by the client to provide configuration information to SOLABS.
3. A procedure used by SOLABS to configure the QM10 software.
