When do User Passwords Expire and Why?

Global password policy

The current password policy will require users to change their password every 365 days.

The reason we force a password change is to elevate the system access security.  This helps, in concert with other policies, to prevent unauthorized system access.

Notifications

Users will be notified by email in the following intervals: -45, -30, -15, -10, -5, -2, -1 day(s) from the expiry date.

Custom policies

SOLABS offers the possibility to have a set of custom password policies for clients using external Single Sign-on interfaces, like Azure Premium or One Login.  Please contact your Client Success representative for more information.
