1) Is this update mandatory?
Yes, it is mandatory.
All client instances are to be updated on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024.
2) What is included in this corrective release?
It includes the correction for the password reset workflow issue, defined in change request QMX-1730 & QMX-1637.
3) Is there something else I should know as client?
Yes, SOLABS is also upgrading its Password Management service. Both changes are interrelated and tested together. This change is handled under SOLABS’ reference number HCMA-814.
4) How can I confirm the change has been successful on my end as a client?
The change and the update will be qualified together using tests SOLABS_QMX_1637_QMX_1730 that will go through all Password Manager Portal functionalities. A Release Memo has been issued to confirm that the change and the update have been implemented successfully and will be available in the eRoom Public folder.
